So while voice texting @ThunderingNina, I just sorta let go. I didn’t rerecord, I didn’t plan, I let whatever came out of my mouth, be whatever came out of my mouth.

Maan, were there places I could make sound more like how I wanted them so sound I rerecorded or planned it, but I really just recorded and let go.

It felt really honest, and sincere, and she was like wow your messages are such a joy to receive and I was like ☺️☺️😌😌and hers were joy too and for the same reason.

The experience stands out to me—that level of letting go felt new. I literally had no thoughts beforehand on what I’d say [I usually do] and had the dumbest worst accents [because ofc when u r texting the nina how can u not have an accent 👨🏼‍🍳]

Felt so free talking with her that I’ve been been just hitting “send” in general all day (sometimes after thinking about it for a minute or two if risky) but not really modifying or caring.

I “just did it” and it felt easy and fun. But it wasn’t out of a “I should do this scary thing 🥺.” It was just “I spontaneosly felt like it in the moment and let go.” It’s a good way to avoid the coercion & drama around “just do it”—wait for the spontaneous lil desire to pop up https://t.co/Ap7eCUsPRf
