It’s taken so much work and self-trust to work my way out of some beliefs I long helf. I have so much respect for the people that manage to make their way out of cults.

@Fooljeff Like a dog on a leash, it'll tug, and when I remember my job is to just notice it, allow it to melt, and be confident anyway, is when it flows.

*Expecting* this process, of needing to continually let go, makes the process a heck of a lot easier and less confusing to go through. “Ah, okay, fear is coming back, just gotta continually let go.”
