It’s been nearly a year since I “quit” meditating. Started with The Mind Illuminated — my first good map of phenomenology — and lifted to Stage 5->6 real quick. Then . . . stopped. Had an intuition. Glad I followed it. https://t.co/FjazO0jrn6

Many reasons why. - Too top-heavy, heady. Needed work with lower chakras: relational, grungy; not philosophical or meditative. - Too much doing. Felt alienated. From my own practice. - Too much expectation. Following a set programme, not discovering.
