1. shave with a doubled edged safety razor (merkur base, feather razors) vastly cheaper than gilette trillion blade razors. more elegant. also works like a dream https://t.co/pSYbFjSLxc

2. rarely wash my jeans. maybe once a month or less, unless they get dirty. there is an entire art for how to wash jeans. never wash with soap, only on cold. hang dry. your jeans will last years in this manner and keep their shape and color (good)

3. hang dry all my clothes. you can get a rack and just put it up in your apartment. dryers are terrible for clothes and cause them to fall apart vastly more quickly than necessary. stop doing this unless you have to https://t.co/86GiJYImXa

4. i dont touch receipts. the heat printing means they often have shit on them that is bad for you. generally drink out of glass or metal containers for similar reasons. https://t.co/pATSDXIVtB

7. i sleep on a handmade japanese futon. its total weeb shit yes. though i was actually introduced to this practice by my japanese family. great for ones back, probably. also creates vertical openness in ones room https://t.co/WxQLxKo3cz

8. onto this bed i put linen sheets. linen sheets are amazingly comfortable. highly recommend over cotton. also consider sending your polyester sheets into the sun https://t.co/2grWsrAIuy

9. stop wearing polyester. i beg you. it makes you sweat, its insulating properties are terrible, and its tactile aesthetic is notably lacking. also that shit pills also "quick dry" polyester towels are quick dry because they dont absorb water = are shitty towels. come on man

13. a good personal security hack is possessing, and training with, small arms. be sure to store them securely, follow the four primary rules of firearms safety, and have enough ammo on hand to barter in the event of social collapse https://t.co/9rQ2ZQ436k

18. i generally lean toward just accepting hormetic doses of potential allergens and even embracing them. especially for my daughter and subsequent kids. some rumors of asthma being a consequence of inadequate exposure to such. maybe better to get immune system gainz
