Aaaaah, feeling into /why/ it feels painful, so much of it is I would so hate it as a child if someone took some knowledge away from me. Hate it hate it hate it. It feels so sucky to do that here.

@AskYatharth it just takes practice. make a few likebait posts that you fully intend to delete. rack up some likes. delete one post. notice how your body and mind feels when you do it. do it again. notice how it gets easier. you're done.
