I ended up being able to use my instant pot clone again to cook hamburger. I felt better almost overnight. My hands are still kinda off, but all of my mental issues disappeared and my motivation to do things is back.I feel like I have access to my memory again. https://t.co/T61zZG8XvK

Reminding myself what to do in a crisis, mental instability and winter. Cold weather induced inflammation and the bitter chill that seeps into my body and drives large scale changes in my symptoms.https://t.co/ZlMGoXl3Jt

Friendly reminder that if you are feeling sad this winter that you might be under the effects of low vitamin D. Vitamin D + Omega 3s + Tryptophan has been shown to be effective at boosting serotonin: https://t.co/e7eL2OoFnQhttps://t.co/zIZG2KvfaX https://t.co/flvSdnkD76

@canna_brain In the past I found lots of strange omega 3/6/9 weirdness in autism/schizophrenia that I recently learned are likely upstream of problems producing AEA and 2-AG (omegas are precursors?). Trying to figure out if gut might regulate balances there.

3, 6, 9 - damn you fireHoping for canned sock-eye tuna; maybe understand the rhyme.Gettin low...https://t.co/MnrjVUGzOE

I want to teach the dog in my stomach some new tricks.Like fetch, roll over, and how convert various fatty acids by way of gut microbiota. Maybe one day.https://t.co/VWMSaZv1c5

@MicroBerto Neat:"In term and preterm infants, studies show wide variability in the plasma kinetics of 13C n-3 long chain [PUFAs] after 13C-18:3n-3 dosing, suggesting wide variability among human infants in the development of biosynthetic capability to convert."https://t.co/YK6qw8E27h

Calling the dog in my stomach a foxp3+, because when it screams at me, I wonder "What does the fox say?"https://t.co/OKu78iRro6

Gut Dysbiosis causes issues with SCFA by way of bacterial related SCFA production genes, and:"SCFAs are pivotal for the generation of Foxp3+ regulatory T (Treg) cells that play an important role in the suppression of the inflammatory response."https://t.co/fZ4nJ8W0Z9

I've leveraged abstract poetry and pooka stylized indirect language to embed this entire thread with 'signposts' I can search for when I look for these ideas in my external memex in the future. Even this tweet is to highlight memex use as an example. Also.https://t.co/Teb2TT7PqR

Heh. Hibernating thru winter? yeah."the wicked fairy godmother is winter, who puts the Court to sleep with pricks of frost until the prince (spring) cuts away the brambles with his sword (a sunbeam) to allow the Sun to awaken sleeping princess (nature)."https://t.co/rwF1L8oqFd

Interesting how carnivore and vegetarian stomach acid profiles seem to bias the kinds of seeds and SCFAs/PUFAs that are preferred. https://t.co/sNhnDq7dUZ

"Woody plants, like chokecherry, are hard for people to germinate. Nature is better at it. Park staff tries to mimic natural germination by soaking seeds in acid baths, but it doesn’t work nearly as well as a bear’s stomach."https://t.co/fwai5UHoHM https://t.co/Zg74hWvmIE
