I ended up being able to use my instant pot clone again to cook hamburger. I felt better almost overnight. My hands are still kinda off, but all of my mental issues disappeared and my motivation to do things is back.I feel like I have access to my memory again. https://t.co/T61zZG8XvK

Reminding myself what to do in a crisis, mental instability and winter. Cold weather induced inflammation and the bitter chill that seeps into my body and drives large scale changes in my symptoms.https://t.co/ZlMGoXl3Jt

Friendly reminder that if you are feeling sad this winter that you might be under the effects of low vitamin D. Vitamin D + Omega 3s + Tryptophan has been shown to be effective at boosting serotonin: https://t.co/e7eL2OoFnQhttps://t.co/zIZG2KvfaX https://t.co/flvSdnkD76

Mushroom Mushroom badger snake oil was actually a real thing but you had to have the correct kind of snake for it to reduce inflammation.https://t.co/bXvjbHtRng https://t.co/Yh1ViyDk0K

Snake oil wasn't just a Chinese innovation. My literal ancestors used a variation of it. A 'water snake'? An eel.https://t.co/Cwayr2XLK2

@NgoloTesla @nutrition_facts My ancestors ate eels and its illegal to catch them because they are dying out due to environmental shifts and industrialized fishing practices. https://t.co/y8UvDmKc33

@canna_brain In the past I found lots of strange omega 3/6/9 weirdness in autism/schizophrenia that I recently learned are likely upstream of problems producing AEA and 2-AG (omegas are precursors?). Trying to figure out if gut might regulate balances there.

I've leveraged abstract poetry and pooka stylized indirect language to embed this entire thread with 'signposts' I can search for when I look for these ideas in my external memex in the future. Even this tweet is to highlight memex use as an example. Also.https://t.co/Teb2TT7PqR

Note to self; When i'm in the dark.If gut can't absorb it, your body can't use it.Increasing Vitamin D via diet might just lead touselessly enriched feces full of D & omega threes.
