Great point. An understated thing I appreciate about Coherence Therapy is that it talks about the different parts' perspectives as "knowings". These knowings all contain some truth, or you wouldn't know them, and they also tend to be partial or oversimplified, & often contradict. https://t.co/DETsIwGlsM

To be able to articulate something intellectually is not the same as Believing something. Because true belief doesn't feel like Belief. It feels like simple knowing. "This is the way it clearly is," and doesn't need any justification.
