One of my professors in college gave us credit for signing our name on the back to incentivize that we did it (he liked to grade the paper's blind to be more impartial). I'd occasionally get points off for spelling it wrong.

I realized one day that I could just write "Hi :)" on the back.He could figure out it was mine b/c everyone else would write their name, (and my shit handwriting is quite identifiable).Best A- ever.

I went to an engineering school, so one time I wrote my full name out in ascii w/ hexadecimal. He wrote a comment back in base64. I miss that class.
