You can follow along as I build my Alexander Technique course out loud! I'll update this thread after each working session with something interesting that came up. Expect a fun combination of @RoamResearch and expanded awareness. https://t.co/dYltgnjH1K

I'm enjoying using @RoamResearch for course outlining. The infinitely nested bullets let me see all of the course or just a part of it. Tagging the day means I can log my learning and thought processes. Block references mean I can include the same idea in different places. https://t.co/gY0HuCfksO

Real time progress logging mapped to the date and I can create SOPs for my work sessions on the fly https://t.co/k7YyhAA5Gc

An exploration of what the 'expanded awareness' state characteristics of Alexander Technique feels like. https://t.co/ywoFvJ1i6c

This morning I outlined "what expanded awareness feels like", because I think it will help for people to know what they're looking for. I realise more and more how much this intersects with contemplative traditions, but it stills feels additional somehow. https://t.co/NElgAynwPc

Use of block references for 'research needed' to create a long list of areas for potential future scientific research. https://t.co/hqLvStLJgo

Also this is cool. By creating a 'research needed' block, I can then reference that block everywhere. What I mean here is that digging into — or conducting new — scientific research would be valuable. When I'm done I'll have long list of potential areas for new research! https://t.co/9IHknEMIk5

I'm finding @focusmate really helpful for focus. The calendar invite and idea that I might let someone down, and then their video on my second screen, is crazy effective. h/t @zachphillips This evening I outlined some games and added some 'meta skills' that will be required. https://t.co/wDt4CMN9sJ

I gave some thought to the launch sequence - targeting pre-launch to my email list on 5th September and then content launch two weeks later on 19th September, immediately after a week off work. Email list here: https://t.co/Iol9o85q7O https://t.co/NrxFxlD0ZE

Since I'm now quite tired I also did some general house keeping, on the course table of contents and added RAG traffic light indicators (once an engagement manager, always an engagement manager) I like that these also show up in block references, as you can see in my log. https://t.co/S9SiKAtICZ

This morning I did some work on the 'mindset' and 'teaching methods' sections. I want to emphasise the point that this is experiential and will need 'real life' exploration. I'm enjoying the creation of paradoxes. "Don't take my work for it while suspending disbelief. + log https://t.co/HvYbXiE0eO

This morning I did some minor restructuring and expanding the 'hijacking your awareness' section. I also defined the various 'traps' that people commonly get stuck in. I think I need post its. Btw @RoamResearch it would be great to be able to zoom into a block in the sidebar. https://t.co/uYXz5DjpeI
