] Have you heard the Latin phrase "nullius in verba"? It means "take nobody's word for it" and it's the motto of the Royal Society, the UK's national science academy โ and my first employer. It's also the philosophy of my upcoming Alexander Technique course. Why? ๐๐

] I don't want you to just believe what I tell you about your subjective experience of your own awareness. I want you to test my claims, play with them and make them your own. Then we can explore the edges of what it means to be a fully alive human together, side by side.

] Like the 1:1 calls I've had, the course will lean heavily on awareness games. I'll introduce some theory and then guide you through the direct experiencing of that theory. We'll explore different ways to access the same kinds of experience from different angles.

] Through this playful method you'll gain access to a subtle new 'state of consciousness' and to an enhanced capacity for agency and choice. But achieving that will rely on you not taking my word for it. The scientific method works just as well for subjective experiments.

] Intrigued? Feel free to follow the adventure here! I'm hoping to launch the course some time in September. https://t.co/Iol9o85q7O

] And if this is the first you're hearing me talk about this, check out my master thread of threads: https://t.co/pppidMHSzH
