we may have explored the earth as a species, but each of us gets to explore the depths of our own consciousness, emotions and so on. and you don't necessarily have to do this alone https://t.co/lm77Odwl4n

Beneath the floor of the comparatively neat dwelling that we call our consciousness lie unsuspected Aladdin caves Here there be jewels and jinns, inconvenient or resisted psychological powers that we have not thought or dared to integrate into our lives

once you've adequately come to terms with yourself (and it's an infinite game, tbh) – or even before – you can start thinking about other people. introduce people to each other. start a business. start a family. write a book. learn the cello. https://t.co/CkQXnC15hi

take a different path to work. eat something different for lunch. strike up a conversation w/ a stranger. brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand. mirror a dance tutorial on youtube. adventure is everywhere, you're likely just not seeing it bc your fear has labelled it silly https://t.co/qYXcuMi94l

thread about feelings https://t.co/mohvG5boDo

Been telling a few friends lately (was the topic of my previous tinyletter) about my sense that feelings are under-appreciated, under-considered, under-articulated, misunderstood, misrepresented - & all of that is a massive bottleneck. To be in tune with your feelings is sublime https://t.co/i9DNKL9f5R

another way of thinking about adventure is "allow your curiosity and imagination to lead". "why? to what end?" you'll only find out if you do it, silly. that's the whole point of adventures. 😂 don't complain of boredom if you choose to be a tourist in familiar territory https://t.co/pPIDOIaZWw

another way of thinking about it: when was the last time you had fun? like, real fun? for some people, this goes back to their childhood, even early childhood. be honest with yourself about this. what were you doing, exactly, when you were having fun? why was it fun?

this whole thread. I know some people have issues with Osho but disregard the origin and interpret the words with your own understanding https://t.co/TRRglWLXMG
