] I am offering exploratory 1:1 Alexander Technique video sessions with anyone interested. If that's you, then please fill in the form here: https://t.co/a6TpjQ997w This is part of my ongoing journey to figure out the best ways to teach this stuff online.

] We'll talk about Alexander Technique, play some games, explore how it could be relevant to your life, and if it's something you want to go into more deeply. I've done a few of these so far with great feedback. For me they've been as fascinating as they have been diverse.

] I'm doing this on a gift model: - I don't want money to limit access - I have the luxury of a job and want to try it - The aim is to learn, not make money: this gives me permission to fail - I am still a teacher sharing value: asking for money (optionally) is not unreasonable

] I'm also using this as an opportunity to learn about no-code tools and all the back end processes that you would imagine comes with offering something like this via Twitter. So please forgive any janky automations! Today was my first day using Airtable and Zapier 😅

] If you'd like to learn more about Alexander Technique, but you're not so keen on a video session with me, then you can subscribe to my dedicated newsletter here. https://t.co/SeMJY9QFv2

] I also maintain a thread of threads of the best stuff I've written on Twitter. https://t.co/pppidMHSzH End of thread! 🧵
