Pyrazine is in my wine, and makes it smell of chocholate.Sadly I am running low, and the local grocery don't stock it.

Fun fact: there are chemicals in human sweat that smell of chocolate. This is likely due it being a Lacto-fermented food & lines up with lactobacillus strains in our gut.So it smells kinda like people..."Sweat, Cabbage and Beef"https://t.co/man2SvFKMqhttps://t.co/7EPutHo0IV
