Imagine PURELY AS AN INTELLECTUAL EXERCISE I PROMISE that demons are real. What would be the epistemic consequences of this? What changes in how we should and shouldn't attribute credibility?

@nosilverv so i have found tactical advantage in the idea that occasionally people have their memory wiped and are ruled instead by an anxiety demon until you get their lower maslow's heirarchy levels filled. it is just a metaphor!

@nosilverv Personally, nothing changes because I know they are. (although as emergent patterns) Anyway you should only believe things you grok, and by then who cares if a demon told you?
