Making your notes concise allows you to more easily remix and synthesize your ideas. Complex notes are less reusable and less alive.

Processing your notes and maintaining your database as you go is a valuable part of the process of effective knowledge work and enables it to increase in value over time.

Migrate old notes into Roam as they become useful. No need to start off your usage with a massive migration project. Whenever you search into previous apps for a note, that's when you should migrate the note over.
