I recently discovered Zane Lowe after seeing him interview Hayley Williams and Justin Bieber uncommonly well, and now I'm watching this 2013(?) interview he did with Kanye – truly riveting stuff https://t.co/kR6qpC9TJk

both hayley and kanye cried during their interviews with zane, and both said they’d never cried in an interview before https://t.co/UgjbzGjSEq

kanye was talking about louise wilson but really what I’m paying attention to is zane- how he’s able to make artists feel so comfortable and safe, to gently nudge them in such powerful ways https://t.co/jumMftmCBk

zane really is one of the best interviewers I have ever seen I bet all of these artists now consider him a close and important friend, because of how thoughtful and considerate he is, and supportive, and attentive https://t.co/havTycEI87

watching more and more of these clips I find myself thinking that zane is almost "monk-like". his body language, his attentiveness... he seems to genuinely curious about the human beneath the celebrity, which his guests consistently are visibly moved by https://t.co/o1m1vUWGqF
