In my view: you can never figure out for yourself what you are best at. You work it out by other people's reflections. When you work in a collaborative group, what do you naturally pay most attention to? What problems do people come to you with? What triggers you when it's wrong?

@RichDecibels Thanks, I needed to hear this. How do you suggest asking others what we're best at? Is it a direct question or would you suggest and indirect, observation approach?
