@eigenrobot I feel it. I'm down to one double shot espresso a day and I've had headaches for a fucking week.Brain slower. Don't wake up naturally, could just lay in bed forever. Marginally depressed.Feeling generally better daily, though.

@eigenrobot Mind if I ask what dosages you're taking the psilocybin at? Been exploring research around those to try and figure out why they might be having an impact in neuroregeneration. Been interested in it after learning it may have impacts on TNFโฮฑ ala https://t.co/RRM5eR6d7m

@eigenrobot Oh neat. I'll have to take a look at that. Paul Stamets stuff has been at ~1mg."psilocybin (4-phosphoryloxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine) or psilocin (4-hydroxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine)" https://t.co/5MmjhfZppd

@eigenrobot Looking them all up, its interesting that they are all basically DMT but with extra bits added to it: https://t.co/9TbDjeAfw2https://t.co/Br9tGPbbwl

Tryptamine (& DMT) in the pineal gland causing synesthesia due to brain wave changes?"Updated View on the Relation of the Pineal Gland to Autism Spectrum Disorders" [2019]https://t.co/usf2lcrC7vhttps://t.co/UiHUIB6SNAhttps://t.co/SV8va4tXzL https://t.co/lyhyKrcmjR

@eigenrobot Oh, its because I'm just seeing the serotonin molecule in it. haha. Oh wow. https://t.co/az9KDwM7vp https://t.co/AElVlU3BBp

@eigenrobot Funny thing about being a natural mentat. Is I can see paths between ideas.https://t.co/X36iMXoxUR

@eigenrobot I see a blue water in my feed.https://t.co/9Whuty7v2Z

@eigenrobot And in the comments, is a scientist working on creating a prodrug that gives us long-lasting impacts of it.https://t.co/bdIKAgm4RI

@eigenrobot And find a podcast that talks about it.https://t.co/7b7QX0zi5A

@eigenrobot James 1:5Asking for wisdom about how to heal my dad's stroke.https://t.co/4pNvnEuRWv

@eigenrobot I made a connection between these ideas because I wrote about how I got smarter... and in the process I remembered that the relevant microglia are not as concentrated in the areas of the brain that my dad had a stroke in.https://t.co/XmpAM7Eyu9

@DiaboloSnipEz @PGC1a_RB @BowTiedNeuron @ErinBrinkman5 Have you looked into microglia and astrocytes roll in synaptic pruning, white brain matter? Much of the gene expression of those seem to impact brain inflammation. The microglia are more densely located in the cortex.https://t.co/PpYMxxrAwd

@eigenrobot Gonna read everything @PaulStamets ever wrote, and watch all his podcasts.To see if he's cured locked-in syndrome and doesn't know it.Gotta get electrical activity and blood flow to the pons.https://t.co/Qq4ocmXChD

@babarganesh @ylimedeg @ctbeiser Psilosybin also has an impact on gaba/glutamate feedback loops that directly impact electrical potentials in nuerons in that area. Its a fascinating drug https://t.co/Oc3xR8KzapWith tinnitus seemingly being involved with that in many cases. https://t.co/weSpUYft0t
