hey remember how we went to school where we spent 8 hours a day for over a decade having what our bodies could do completely under the control of authority figures boy i wonder if that had any lasting effects

i don't usually want to tell people to get more Mad but honestly i feel like people who are into consent and bodily autonomy should be 1000% more Mad about school than they are

school spent 12,000 hours teaching you that your body doesn't belong to you and that authorities override consent, and then somehow we expect children brought up in that system to be able to navigate sex

@QiaochuYuan I used to tell people, do you realise we are in a form of prison? Like we actually can't leave unless we have a letter form our parents. And people would say things like "don't be dramatic". I know that If I ever have kids, I won't send them there. School is lazy childcare.
