hello for anyone who needs to hear this: 🔸absolutely every emotion you feel, right now or at any other time, is okay 🔸there is nothing inherently better about "positive" emotions vs. "negative" emotions 🔸the point of mindfulness is 1000% not to avoid "negative" emotions

buckle up motherfuckers, here's a new form of therapy. it's called Internal Puppy Systems and all u do is relate to ur thoughts, feelings, sensations, etc. as puppies 🐶 ur anger is a puppy ur sadness is a puppy ur inner critic is a puppy the knot in ur stomach is a puppy
