@hamidr_ Found a bunch of rituals around fasting that involve pre-fasting feasts, many of which seem to include stuff that seems to reduce impact of stuff like keto-flu from lack of nutrients. Many celebration rituals seem to be microbial in nature.IMHO: Consumerism destroying it all.

France has an interesting culture around food, and a strange language that is literally prescriptivist in nature. I find it interesting that a version of 'you are what you eat' originates from a french lawyer famous for writing about food and culture.
