@chrissyfarr Neat! The microbiome aspects is exactly what I would expect after reading all the studies coming out of the @WeizmannScience which has done similar studies. In particular see my pulled quotes from @segal_eran's book https://t.co/FF40NIx0UNHighly recommend for the curious.

@chrissyfarr Thanks for writing about this! Dug deeper into what they're doing and it's exactly what I want to track for myself, even down to the continuous blood glucose monitoring. Just signed up, hoping I can help with the next @Join_ZOE study.
