@robinhanson When switching to a diet similar to keto to improve autism associated brain issues I also made sure to increase my salt intake proportionally. I suspect many muscle fatigue problems people is low sodium thru increased bile acid production and elimination. No one talks about this.

@robinhanson There's a complex balance between sodium, magnesium, calcium, and potassium that is a major component of mitochondrial dysfunction. None of this is captured in US dietary recommendations.
