I've had success with locking in my sleep schedule, but my ability to avoid stress from disrupting it still lacking. Aside from using jet-lag fasting techniques, is there any other way to 'reset' it quickly?Been experimenting all month & haven't had much luck.

I've been eyeing a bunch of gig-work opportunities that I could probably do. But even with flexible schedules they all seem to want you to commit to hours ahead of time... which isn't really something I can do (yet). Help appreciated.

While I am more resilient to now, poor sleep is still a trigger for autistic meltdowns, and the jet-lag effect makes me a zombie.Thinking about https://t.co/wE7GBc77wb to help me be in non-zombie mode on days where I have to force myself awake despite what my body wants to do.

That's my ideal! Trying to find ways to make two ends meet in the meantime. I'm trying to figure how to be reliable enough that I can do part-time to get some income in. That will help move me toward enough stability that I can do more flexible one again.https://t.co/14ySNds3B9

My overall output has been low the past couple of months because I've been focusing on experimenting on my sleep. Lots of success so far, but still not up for what I really want to do: https://t.co/gLKtUzPffD

Is there a support community or good collection of resources for non-blind people who are also non-24 hour? Struggling with this is the biggest roadblock I'm facing.I tried the intro course for it, and I think I'd be able to do @LambdaSchool if it weren't for my sleep patterns.

Hmm."The present results suggest that combining modafinil with nicotine replacement as a smoking cessation aid could provide complimentary effects on withdrawal symptoms, although further research is needed."https://t.co/j03yWVBu7h
