Chronic inflammatory disorder, in my child? It's more autistic than you think.[hache,tee,tee,pea,colon,slash,slash]sci[hyphen]hub[dot]tw[slash]https://t.co/Zw2tHlNWzb

"Altered taste perception occurred, but was the only side effect more common on clarithromycin than placebo."https://t.co/UNs59bZUrj

How is gut signaling the brain re:gaba? Can brain make gaba locally? Why does gaba play a role in intestinal problems. Why does blood brain barrier seem to coincide with intestinal permeability. Why do I have genes that predispose for BBB permeability?https://t.co/6yHLo6NXkH https://t.co/hMlcRg50b6

Remember when we thought that oxytocin played a role in autism, but found out that taking it directly did nothing... but then it turned out that L. Reuteri was helping to trigger the brain's production of it via action on the vagal nerve... via serotonin pathways? How to GABA?

Are there epigentic signaling pathways gut bacteria may be triggering that leads to autism in a sort of indirect cascade of long term behavioral changes. What may affect the brain's development when paired with other dietary/psycho-social oddness & paired with genetic proclivity?

"microbial relative abundances before and after antibiotics [...] we saw a decrease in the abundances of the Bifidobacterium members B. bifidum, B. pseudocatenulatum, B. adolescentis, B. dentium and B. catenulatum, whereas B. longum and B. breve did not."https://t.co/v6gMUqqE0q

heh, bingo. The link between GABA, Type 2 Diabetes, and risk of autism/schizophrenia in their child.https://t.co/8n1CDb06Rb

Why aren't you studying ants?https://t.co/EOWRE54rsV

"neuropharmacological factors impact thresholds for seizures and sexual climax in similar ways, likely reflecting overall propensity for activation cascades to spread through neuronal networks: thresholds increase with elevated GABA receptor stimulation" https://t.co/tQxid6p4vj

Is anybody exploring how gut bacteria can improve orgasm intensity or sexual arousal. I'd bet money that there are links between ancient aphrodisiacs and impacts on gaba production in the gut for certain people. I'd also bet money that no one can get money to do that research.

Why does CBD improve GABA, and what does that have to do with how CBD can increase bloodflow and improve diabetes related impotence? Does GABA have an impact on smooth muscle relaxation?https://t.co/xuA85aWrmj

So... Does CBD oil improve asthma?https://t.co/1qmKD8JrQu

Of course it doeshttps://t.co/8hv0s0WRqM

I wonder which gut microbes improve anxiety symptoms similarly to CBD oil. And whats the deal with them eating monosodiumglutamate?https://t.co/bDpU3nqDVw

Glutamate mutations have been shown in many people with autism, particularly seizures. So is that why CBD helps with seizures?"These studies indicate that CBD can inhibit uptake of adenosine, dopamine, and glutamate in vitro, but with variable potency."https://t.co/REMp6O8kMW

Why does no one talk about how Alzheimer's often manifests with seizures during it's early stage?https://t.co/arqogC0okZ

Minocycline is anti-inflammatory, and it seems to have better results for acne than doxycycline (which is one of the main ones used to treat the red-spot version of lyme disease)https://t.co/ATOgc1eIWv

Did you know that having rosacea is a risk factor for Alzheimer's? Mino & Doxy are both effective at preventing rosacea too.https://t.co/c4NGeRo1Bq

Neat, a clinical trial on the topic of Minocycline + Alzheimer's.(https://t.co/GZql1fNkcp)Recent paper reviewing options for Amyloidoseshttps://t.co/jtV60UKsL9a previous review of Caspase inhibitors https://t.co/AaXXNvGHF2and initial idea: https://t.co/WKb7GXbtjP

Because of course rosacea is a risk factor for type 2 diabetes.https://t.co/3dcOasv3mx

What if the relationship between Alzhimer's and Type 2 Diabetes is because they are both down stream of a similar biological cause?https://t.co/HTZdl7lBmX

I've had this idea before, but thru a different path of reasoning. Now it seems I've accidentally discovered a couple of antibacterials that might help with resetting a gut microbiome.https://t.co/J7i7CiaZ6f

The sweet tooth thing shows up a lot when there is a microbial issue. I've recently concluded that is why we see it among Parkinson'shttps://t.co/ZFIHfExWLF

My current suspicion is that Parkinsons isn't caused by microbes/bacteria/virus/fungal invaders, but shows all the symptoms of having a disrupted microbiome ecosystem, hence showing up with skin smells acting as a possible early diagnostic.https://t.co/vouwgZDYzp

There's also a lot to be said about how CO2 levels seem to change cortisol signaling via action on the amygdala. I think that might be why see SIBO and Yeast issues crop up as rumor'd causal issues. Perhaps it's just amplifying existing underlying issues?https://t.co/oZ6VPN3iqG

I don't think *all* autism symptoms are caused by yeast overgrowth. But my suspicion about autism in general is it's an immune system regulation issue impacting mitochonrial function - hence why we see high levels of dysbiosis. The candidia and SIBO seems more like a symptom.

Cortisol levels are a risk factor for Alzhiemr's, and there was a study on how cortisol may be inherited. https://t.co/wTcsV7Re40

Cortisol regulation is weird in autism, schizophrenia, and diabetes type 2/pcos.I think a portion of 'inherited' is via vertical microbiome transfer; is perhaps what the genetic inheritance is giving a proclivity for.Microbiome signaling via cortisol: https://t.co/O4GM9n8cS2

This whole thread is really about trying to figure out why CBD oil seems to reduce my stress & help me sleep. TL;DR: I may have figured out a way to fix my sleep issues medicinally. The only other thing is red wine.Following in @tferriss's footsteps. https://t.co/onMHQveLOc

I can't find any direct links between CBD oil and cortisol reduction. So I've been exploring other ways it might be impacting my sleep issue. I suspect I have an imbalance in how my body maintains some neruochemicals.https://t.co/NvmSMd96rA

I think my cortisol problems are still there, but they aren't being impinged upon by my sensory processing disorder since I managed to fix it somehow via my fast + up-regulating serotonin gut bacteria. This would explain why my falling to sleep issue persists when I get stressed.

And if GABA+anxiety plays a role in it, it might also explain why my executive function issues haven't improved despite not being in a brain fog / memory black hole state anymore. There still might be a disruption going on regarding dopamine.

Basically, I've been combing thru everything referencing this https://t.co/gRCuhaWBKU and chasing down interesting rabit holes. Somehow I hit gaba and it landed me in the middle of my dog-butt theory microbiome vortex. Then I hit a flow-state and this thread was pooped out.

I'm not joking about seriously considering exploring curing cancer. Why not?https://t.co/E9JeaA7qlR

Learning about how the naked mole rat's metabolism plays a role in it's ability to fight cancer was what lead me down a path toward discovering my own genetics and fixing sensory processing related to autism/schizophrenia. So can vouch for this:https://t.co/9TkakDspQT

I'm getting close to fixing my sleep issues. If I can crack the nut of my executive function issues after that, I may be unstoppable.https://t.co/pLt8HihieM

Cancer cure may be thru inventing a GAI to amplify myself. Math is hard and I'd rather have a computer do it for me. And I can only read so fast, so I might as well make something that can understand them for me. https://t.co/5SCdTWHQc0

My current goals in life:1) minimize the cost it takes me to live2) maximize health. Then spend the rest of my life building tools that scale this idea to everything accessible to a computer on the internet.https://t.co/vRQKY9wnn8

"A randomised controlled trial of vitamin D and omega-3 long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids in the treatment of irritability and hyperactivity among children with autism spectrum disorder"https://t.co/E360Ea2rVmhttps://t.co/T9SEecF0GO

Why am I interested in bear poop?I wanna see how much their microbes impact cholesterol and the production of Vitamin D in response to the strength of the sun, of course!https://t.co/Q5ycDVVoCi

Have you tried eating the sun?https://t.co/Jdp6SWXd0O

Have you tried drinking wine?https://t.co/0QBHHs6tnY

Have you tried increasing your cholesterol?https://t.co/eQxhMl66hg https://t.co/ei6sGwysuh

"The extent to which variations in our microbiomes resulting from fluctuating vitamin D levels affect our health is unclear at this point.[...] this may be more important for people with inflammatory diseases, such as MS and IBD."https://t.co/hR1wJumaOT

Caffine makes my brain work. I don't know why. I want to know why.https://t.co/Meu2pmyYFc

I spell caffeine wrongly so that I might rightly select for it in my searches.I also want to post this thread here about CBD so that future me can find it.https://t.co/yLlaIm15Cu

Caffeine for bees."Although caffeine is safe for the consumer and suitable as an antimicrobial agent in food, ingesting a lot of caffeine will affect the body (>400 mg day)."'Caffeine in foods and its antimicrobial activity'https://t.co/aYKO3nbxc8https://t.co/wj0mGdReal

Reading about homosexual bears.https://t.co/5hD2W50XcP

What the fuck."Fact: Bears have never raped or sexually assaulted a human being in modern recorded history"https://t.co/1iLFNK4s1T

These bears seem to get around.https://t.co/ZEKB03W5vM

Oh wow, apparently there are numerous folklore stories about bears having sex with women. This describes the 'YETI' as acting very similar to the way unicorns were portrayed as abducting women.https://t.co/bwq10VqTpM

My wish-list now includes a book that explores sexual behavior in wild animals. It seems to have passages discussing the sexual behavior of bears under dominance/social hierarchy.https://t.co/IOyHAGL6lD

Apparently in the brown bear there is a problem of infanticide."The dilemma of female mate selection in the brown bear, a species with sexually selected infanticide"https://t.co/VtRwT3gOcK

This doesn't seem to show up in Grizzly bears. Their territory habits lead to females sometimes seeking out males to mate with, at least according to this documentary.https://t.co/akjPVsWdfs

I did find a reference to female bear penis again tho!"An intersex female bear actually mates and gives birth through the tip of her 'penis'"https://t.co/Q9XLOcTqO8

"Therefore, we will also discuss recent findings, suggesting that many of these AD risk factors influence AD progression via modulation of microglia and immune responses."https://t.co/Q0YbzwrDPchttps://t.co/hGpksanLDf

"The authors also defined a module of genes upregulated in ASD that was enriched for astrocytes and activated microglia. [...] Several other studies searching for genetic factors of autism and ASD have also found strong connections to the immune system."https://t.co/SRz5B1KCHt

Gonna learn me bout Ancient bear penis."Taweret (also spelled Taurt, Tuat, Tuart, Ta-weret, Tawaret, Twert and Taueret, and in Greek, Θουέρις – Thouéris, Thoeris, Taouris and Toeris) is the protective ancient Egyptian goddess of childbirth and fertility"https://t.co/YFww809mye

hippopotamus?This is a fucking bear! https://t.co/3cqb6zJyiW

It's walking on two legs and has the jaws of a bear! you fools! https://t.co/jws5PCUXn1

Looking up "bear female breasts" and realized I had made a mistake after hitting [enter]."ursus" is the better word to use.And definitely not "hippo". Does this look like a hippo to you? https://t.co/8WbP0BsBbQ

IT might be big, floaty, big jaws/teeth and a nasty bite, and runs fast, has with cute ears. But this is not a fucking hippo.https://t.co/JstET5ivdU https://t.co/EzCV6Jn6xn

Anyway, my prediction is that the ancient Egyptians traded in bear bile to help promote fertility and reduce diabetes, and the idea that Taweret is a hippo is just a misunderstanding.https://t.co/SKfHEXTxml

Heh.https://t.co/NIDCTXBsGp https://t.co/JqMLFLmjAS

I can't actually find a copy of Geoffrey Gorer's Paper online. It seems I would litterally have to travel to Sussex.https://t.co/b7oMktTeNSIt is spoken about in a book literally talking about how these archives are turning into dust :(https://t.co/oQYmMVuvoashit.

If this keeps up, I might end up becoming Indiana Jones, traveling around he world in search of ancient relics to uncover the original chalice. "the finest thing Gerðr will be given to drink is the urine of goats." https://t.co/KjHiGofA86https://t.co/AHLYyAs2Lr

Might actually be a giant vat of mead tho.https://t.co/Ri93KuhuyU"Funny thing is that, in those tablets(Sumerian), the name for beer is the same of urine" 🧐🤨🤔🤫😇https://t.co/wt6Rovg8tbPooh, that's not honey.https://t.co/1QyoIlzJAt

@enkiv2 @sirsfurther One of the stranger implications of this is that the alchemical symbol for urine might actually be semen and the same mistranslation may have occurred. Apparently Newton used gallons of horse urine in quest for life giving water."life giving water" makes more sense as semen.

I wonder what ammonia oxidizing bacteria would do to beer.Google gets really confused sometimes.https://t.co/joZTbq2WFV

researching people drinking bear urine is difficult. Between amphiboly of "Bear" being used in so many ways linguistically, and that Bear Grylls meme... Google just gets really confuse and thinks i'm talking about drinking beer made using human urine.https://t.co/dVZzrqkSer

Maybe it's Horse semen? Maybe it's Mímir.https://t.co/khZlSeupPc

Giant horses in iceland?https://t.co/u9XnQMmU2E"The results were startling and some answer long-standing historical questions and confirm previous assumptions that lacked evidence."https://t.co/93sFAdfUon

Reading about how strict the semen import rules are for horses in iceland and all I can think about is how Australia has laws about the import of bee semen framed under biosecurity. https://t.co/slacPeM8q9 https://t.co/k2dHqCHiaP

If bee semen is expensive, do you think anyone's thought to make a beer out of it?Apparently they make beer out of whale vomit. I bet it taste great if you use the oils to extract the hops.https://t.co/GwJ4962lfUhttps://t.co/UfYDfx7w9x

I make jokes to myself about ideas and then they turn out to be true. I love laughing at myself.https://t.co/5GEmR0zlPd

I think someone close to me has the Pseudobulbar affect, like in that movie that is taboo to talk about. https://t.co/J4dbWCifv6

"no longer be found in Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, nor Syria. The Syrian brown bear weighs up to 550 pounds and measures anywhere from 40 to 55 inches from nose to tail. It is overall the smallest bear of the Ursus arctos species"https://t.co/0GrK9mNhtwhttps://t.co/Bo0eOWPoA4 https://t.co/fykl611l98

Can't be a bear, it had white fur and was smol?"Bears are not currently known to have existed in Egypt in historical times. Naturalist Georges Cuvier stated that Alpini's bears were certainly not bears, on account of their small size and whitish fur"https://t.co/QvNO44cic7

"she was the protectors of women in labor [...] s was her brother, Apollo, Artemis was a divinity of healing, but also brought and spread diseases such as leprosy, rabies and even gout." https://t.co/xRUP5XSm8V

"Mycobacterium leprae remains noncultivable, and for over a century leprosy has presented major challenges in the fields of microbiology, pathology, immunology, and genetics; it continues to do so today."https://t.co/qffGhqiNwz

"A problem that is unique in modern medicine results from the application of the Biblical name "leprosy" to an ailment which has been defined only during the lifetime of many physicians still vigorously at work."https://t.co/cD8xrlO7bO

"the problem of so-called leprosy in the Bible is the still confused history of Hansen's disease in ancient Egypt. References in the Ebers medical papyrus (c. 1550 b.c.) to sicknesses named aat and uchedu have been mistranslated as leprosy."https://t.co/SZqby5xoFK

"parallels can be drawn between the immune responses seen in leprosy and cancer. Therefore, the understanding of how M. leprae encourages immune escape during proliferative disease states has potential to add to our understanding of cancer immunotherapy." https://t.co/fr5P7pSZsK
