fascinating thing is discovering repeatedly how many successful businesses are actually quite unclear in their communications. ie clarity of public-facing comms is *not* the highest-order-bit for most businesses. pretty counter-intuitive

mega-successful businesses often become stylish because they can afford stylists but stylishness in-of-itself does not make you mega-successful (unless you're in the style business, which complicates things) customers generally prefer substance over style

"but what about Apple, they are are so stylish" Have you ever seen what the Apple I looked like; it was just a motherboard. It didn't even ship with a keyboard, monitor, and case. You had to get those yourself https://t.co/tDalLGy6UT
