If there’s something you’ve been wanting to change about your life (eg: “fix my sleep”), and you’ve spent maybe 10+ years making failed attempts at it despite having done the reading, etc - the problem is probably upstream. Ie it’s not actually the sleep, it’s something else

@uberstuber yup. i think of it as a sort of major node, it's like at the crossroads of tonnes of other things, both cause and effect
