@visakanv People arr habituated to orient to what they *don't* want. And the question "what _do_ I want?" is a fundamentally different type. You can watch people answer "what do you want?" questions in the negative.

@Malcolm_Ocean True - and, it *is* easier to be certain of what you don’t want than what you want, and those data points can be quite helpful in the search

@visakanv Is directly seeking to learn "what I want" the best approach? What if the better path is to approach it obliquely? Think "person who directly aims to get rich" vs "person who builds useful things and ends up rich in the process"
