Is there a support community or good collection of resources for non-blind people who are also non-24 hour? Struggling with this is the biggest roadblock I'm facing.I tried the intro course for it, and I think I'd be able to do @LambdaSchool if it weren't for my sleep patterns.

I managed to get through VTC's computer engineering bachelors program largely because I never had a straight 8 hour block of time I need to work around - I managed to get in naps, and move my courses around to avoid early morning classes as much as possible.

When I run into a wall, I claw away at it until I find a way to climb it. Even if it means waiting for my claws to grow back as I chip away at the mortar to build my own handholds.Fixing my self.https://t.co/1M0UnOtObd

Just ordered a light therapy lamp:https://t.co/8ZzOXemQhIand blue light blocking glasses:https://t.co/OShd1vAhupNot much evidence it helps with S.A.D. but seem it might help with general depression, and could help me with Hypernychthemeria.Been saving up for a few months.

The hardest point in a journey is when you're half way through, don't remember why you started, and the end isn't in sight. Don't give up.

Disrupting my sleep cycle makes me lose so much time. But it looks like I'll be able to sync it again soon. I've been able to push it around the clock by about 3 hours instead of the normal 1 hour shift.

If I push too hard, I end up losing an entire 24 hours to sleep and then it goes all screwy. But it does look like the sun lamp helps me sync up something.https://t.co/njbz8PW0Xe

Shout out to all my morning larks, or perhaps night-owls in Australia. 👋My hypernychthemeral schedule is a network super power in disguise. https://t.co/eEYScFGpij

If I drove, I'd consider putting a bed in a van and driving to a quiet place to sleep at night."Also astonishing? The utter lack of research on autism and sleep. A PubMed search reveals nine clinical trials on autism and sleep in the past five years."https://t.co/zMMxfoM28U https://t.co/RxNbozRG06

Going to head to homedeopt today to figure out how much it might cost to build a cheap DIY sound dampening layer on the door to the bedroom. I'm thinking layers of rubber/foam floor mats with a dense foam core, bonded with doublesided tape would work.https://t.co/VRO4Z7pQWp

How to hack intermittent fasting: have a fragile sleep schedule and stay up too late one night while coding with a friend, and require sleeping 24+ hours to work on resetting it.Caffeine headaches are a real pain.
