damn! @itsericbrown bringing clarity and putting so much into a few words. love seeing this convergence of awakenings, initiatives, ideas and movements. thanks for the cartography! :) https://t.co/0hFeTaLNUT
@MetaverseMap @joinseeds is the best (first?) example of this that i know of. its cryptocurrency, its governance structure + commons, its gratitude token... many exciting things backed by trust and transparency.
@helioscomm @MrsBadgerface @sovereignnature building an economy that natively rewards organizations/communities based on a thrivability/regenerative index sounds like a good start. it's what @joinseeds is doing. π
that's why we need agent-centric tools & designs.
so we can take one step closer to calling ourselves masters of our fate - as individuals and as a society.
https://t.co/0sY2Iq8uG9 via @mappletons i love a certain woman. jeez. year after year bringing new and relevant ideas. thank you for your work! β€ and i can't wait to see more sketches. π€£
algorithms are the serendipity engine of the 21st century.
how can chance find us if most of our lives are now online?
through algorithms. but today, the centralized, top-down platforms that rule the internet just exploit our instincts to hoard our attention.
@MetaverseMap soon we'll have many better-than-free to use currencies to choose from. our decision of which one(s) to use will be based on the incentives and value flows of the ecosystem. do i want to support bitcoin's incentives of directing billions of dollars to electricity fees?
@MetaverseMap @joinseeds but i believe SEEDS is really just the first example. many more to come with different incentives (instead of earth regeneration, having incentives for potentially disruptive research and development, for example). would love to hear your thoughts π
@EleanorKonik @bianca_oli_per agree! i had this heartwarming experience recently not with a game, but with an anime - "demon slayer". it gets intense/deep, but it's wholesome almost the whole time. it's not very long too. def recommend :)
@LauracSc_ same struggle here. i tried thebrain and now i've been testing miro for that. not the right tool yet, but it seems to help me organize some thoughts visually, going beyond a usual mindmap. waiting for the APIs + people to help me develop a notion <> roam <> miro integration. xD
@rafathebuilder fee-free, on-chain governance, flexible governance (sociocracy, holacracy, your own mix and match) and tokenomics models. i really want to start using it at a couple of communities in brazil. check it out - https://t.co/ApNJ3Imd4N
@Aleborda21 @AFilotimo hey @Aleborda21, is your ReFi map collaborative? i joined a bit late on the dreamDAO call you shared it, would love to contribute to it.
@andrea_is_a love it!!! i've been working on a similar metacrisis/regen research garden for quite some time, though not as well-structured as yours yet :) let's connect sometime soon! β€
@LinusEkenstam besides the small pops/blips in the audio, it's pretty good. the intonation still sounds a bit like a standard youtube/shorts narrator voice, which can give a sensation of the content being cheap / "how much can i trust you?", but for most people i think it wouldn't be a problem
@yahya_ahd @fortelabs detecting an intent of capturing that thought instead of allowing it to be a transitory one and tagging/contextualizing/connecting with other thoughts based on ML training on your own dataset doesn't seem too distant from what we already have. his point seems fair to me.
@rafathebuilder amazing, rafa! you're one of the people i'm most enthusiastic about following the journey here on twitter. :) seeing you make this step makes me think you'd reeeally like to know about the DHO (decentralized human/holonic organization) tool built by hypha
@MetaverseMap i don't believe it will perpetuate itself. we'll understand not all money needs to be trustless, and we can create trust networks in which we're recognizing, exchanging and distributing value with our friends (and their friends + trusted actors) in the most beautiful ways.
@MetaverseMap or do i want to support another PoS/holochain based currency that distributes value in a more equitable and fair way? bitcoin is the first internet money, but since we can be the owners/designers of the incentives/value flows of the economic systems we're a part of, (...)
@kenakennedy @holochain very happy to see this crossover!!! excited about $HOT, $moritz and $alex? will you let me buy some equity in what you do? π hehe
@Neats29 i loved this so much! thanks for opening your heart and sharing your experience. β₯οΈ just discovered you through jack butcher sharing your vv course review and i'm loving your content, the design, everything. :)
@bhohner @Mappletons +1 it's finally changing for me, as it took many years designing/building a minimum viable system for easily "streaming" my life, these notes included.
@yahya_ahd @fortelabs your point makes total sense for me, at the same time that i can see where he's coming from. there's already working tech in very early stages to capture our inner speech.
@schlagetown @hyperlink_a been prototyping pretty much this for a while, just missing the cool friends to share/hype with π₯² super excited to see this come alive! :)
@_ketan0 @tweetbase_ experiment in this direction!
i've been wanting to do it for a long time (as i think we've both seen the "twitter metagame of collaborative thinking" for a while), but i guess for me, i always felt like i lacked the right relationships to play it, instead of defaulting to the
@_ketan0 if we don't overshare (which we usually don't, as introverts π), they can hold these posts in a decent way (though still not good at sorting/filtering)...
[though some AI interface tool like @tweetbase_ can help us sometime soon] in the meantime i think we can play and
@_ketan0 100% with you. i really like what you're doing here.
as a low-hanging experiment, how about we start using twitter for that? it seems like it can hold some of it.
it still doesn't have automated resurfacing and all, but if we use communities and our profiles in general (...)
@geoffreylitt @stevekrouse hell yes!! been wanting something like this for a long time. hoping the API limits change to make it more viable sometime soon...
RT @joinseeds: SEEDS is here to support the global π"Regenerative Renaissance"πby providing:
βοΈopen-source,
π±regenerative,
π°economic,β¦
@jasoncrawford @Swartzchild @rootsofprogress @foresightinst @HumanProgress @TheIHS @IFP @WorksInProgMag @patrickc @tylercowen @sapinker perhaps that's the problem. "some" trees and out of the frame. :)
i've been publishing some of it on my digital garden (link in bio), but i would like to share some drafts that aren't there yet, to get feedback from you and get a chance to bond/connect on some deep ideas if we still haven't had the chance. :)
@getonbeam @browsercompany @SigmaOS @memdotai @lazyappHQ @tana_inc @obsdmd @RoamResearch π’π’ thank you for your work and best of luck on whatever you'll do next. i'll be following and cheering from afar.πβ€οΈ
@CryptpalSingh @Aleborda21 @SEEDSeconomy is the best example i know of a set of tools enabling a closed-loop, citizen-governed, regenerative economy. their "journey to a regenerative civilization" series is also very informative/educational. definitely recommend starting with this: https://t.co/Ot8b7ysy2Z
hey friends, acquaintances and mutuals! i've been working a lot over the past year on compiling/organizing my research, experiments and prototypes for more conscious learning, living and collaborating. π±
with a focus on the (very broad) fields of:
@ethanwnel i follow people that appear recommended/retweeted by interesting people I'm already following. then i curate them into lists over time. check out my lists, if you want ;)
