standing meditation is traditionally seen as a preparation or pre-requisite for Tai Chi + Qi Gong so I wanted to move onto learning Tai Chi

@sam_havens apparently some forms require adaptation or adjustments when you’re 60 or so

both classes leave my energy body absolutely tingling with energy, usually in different ways each time. it's like doing energy work on yourself through a motion form
